I've traveled to over 25 countries mostly in Africa and a few in Southeast Asia and Europe, and I am looking to add to my passport every year if possible. 

Anything less interest rates will be a lot higher ) -Government issued ID > Passport , Driver license, Matricula Consular. 

But the most important part is with a Felony record you lose the right to have a gun, no hunting, no voting, no passports to travel out of the country, even Canada or Mexico, lose the right to work in certain industries like investments, real estate license, and other security areas that might have to do with bank or credit card transaction. 

I would ask to see their passport for identification and verification of their foreign national status and date of entry.

Thankfully, I befriended a seller of land in the town I'll be in and she was able to communicate with the Uber guy, attorney's office to certify my passport and signature and also she signed for me locally and assisted with the money transfer!

Of course you can ask for SS# or DL# or passport as long as you are requiring that of all other applicant for ID and background checks.  

Just ask for the passport with the visa in it and make a copy.Once you've dealt with that issue, it becomes an issue of money - can these people pay?

The main REAPS member benefit I use is the Passport Dining card, otherwise I've been using more of REIAWA's contacts from their Business Associates Directory.I will say that REIAWA has things laid out more clearly, which is good for a new investor that needs hand-holding, whereas REAPS may involve some digging around and asking questions.I just thought of another reason of why someone would want to join both clubs... wholesaling.
