But if I start a Syndication is this a possible way for me to enter the high priced MF marketplace in Bronx NY, I am wondering how can I make money as the person who starts a syndication and recruits other veterans like me to partake in a syndication, what headaches will I face with managing it once started, how much work is there involved, what kind of syndications can you specialize with etccc  

This includes anyone who lists, negotiates, signs agreements or otherwise partakes in leasing activities.

The market has actually bounced back nicely there for those that could get off the fence and partake in the incredible buys that were there. 

I've done some reading through the more popular topics on the site, and I'm currently listening through all of the podcasts, but while actually partaking in the investment is something that I've yet to do, I understand the analysis from a cash flow perspective because of my background, and have built models in excel to analyze potential investments (though I'll likely leverage this site's Pro tools for the reports and PM's). 

My feelings are there are going to be a lot of others like myself that won't want to partake in an increasingly negative environment.
