Just south of the Paseo in the Shadow Mountain neighborhood, there are some great MCM and Spanish homes on nice sized lots.In Palm Springs, you want to stay away from the typical 3/2s as there is an overabundance of these available for rent so 2/2s and 4/3s, etc are your best bet.

While it would be nice to have that as an option it seems there is an over abundance of housing and the main season is in the summer as the area isn’t getting as much snow as it might have used to.

but some do pay off and they almost always make some profit. if they do get a default on some properties if they have made money they just do nothing and let them go to tax sale.. as there is a over abundance of vacant homes in many of these low value markets.

Ghettos are generally lower income areas with high rates of unemployment and people on fixed incomes (disability, social security, etc) lower property values, lower rated schools, poorly maintained properties, empty lots and an overabundance of churches, nail/hair/barber shops and liquor stores.Warzones typically embody all the elements of a ghetto but also include overt gang activities, prostitution, drug dealing/using and lots of vagrants/homeless people.

Because of this overabundance of realtors here, there's almost a preconceived notion that ALL realtors are lazy - that they sit around eating bon bons after listing the house on MLS - and this plays in good and great realtors' favor all the time.  

Personally I would advise against single room rents unless there is an over abundance of individuals looking for single rooms.

From what I hear with the overabundance of Investors in Florida there are STILL a bunch of DISTRESSED SELLERS down there LOL

Seems like an overabundance of headache, work & possible issues for little, to no benefit.I would either stay at a hotel when I came to town or just get a place with a roommate.

Markets change all the time for goods, but when we looked, there was an over abundance of shipping containers that could be had from the Port of Long Beach due to the lopsided trade this country is involved in.
