When we rent furnished units to corporations or organisations, we place the lease in the name of the company (unless it is a small, startup) and have a scheduled addendum which lays out a simple process for a change in occupants:  each new occupant signs a 1-page document where they acknowledge they have read, and will abide by, our house rules.

If that is the case I would advise you simply purchase and move it yourself and steer well clear of any non profit organisations as they generally have pie in the sky expectations with no actual end use in site.
