Hi I am looking for HELOC on a primary SFH...speaking with some lenders I've run into two issues....(1) some won't give you credit for rental income if you haven't owned the property for two years (show two years of stable rental income) which can skew your DTI unfavorably (2) one lender said they don't give a HELOC if a borrower is carrying more than 6 mortgages.Would anyone have any leads for a potential lender?

What I have been finding is that the traditional players ( big banks, Cu ) that offer a true Heloc are assisting about 60 days to close and fund while the more online players such as Figure is offering A Heloc that to me is really a Heloan because you have to take the money over approved for the full amount but they promise a 7 days payout all things being equal.

I am new to BiggerPockets and I am new to cross border investing. at first glance, everything online states that you will need an LLC to purchase a property in the United States as an investment. but upon further research, it states that the CRA will not accept American LLCs and they will be seen as a corporation.
