Took down to my crew and their kids. 

I've been caught in my PJs, chasing my kids around in the front yard, drinking with a neighbor, etc.  

I am guessing it is just kids tossing them in their bags when their folks try and get them to hustle up.

The kids were OK but the mother, who was really the payer, was a major hassle.

Thank you @Dave Foster I look forward to my new venture and investing in real estate hoping to achieve financial freedom and enjoy my life with my kids and my beautiful wife that has a terrible debilitating autoimmune disease.

I sadly went through a brutal divorce, so I want to provide stability for my kids.

The kids have to park on the lawn, so it looks like the ghetto and you can't even get out of your driveway, to much traffic.

There is cash flow, appreciation, annoyance, management, and proximity to factor in over time, and as I said to Chris, the asset(s) that our kids can handle and the ones they can't.

Don't kid yourself regarding flips - if you are doing flips, you are not retired.

Just a bunch of kids answering the phone and writing bad commitment letters.
