Plenty of building code considerations I'm sure given hot water heater right there.My first thought to monetize is to lease commercial grade equipment - maybe 2 stackable W/D - with revenue-sharing from a company that would provide the equipment at no up front cost and handle maintenance.

The only problem I have with the $18,000 is it’s to small if the program is working and I was wanting to monetize my experience.So I would ask why is he only charging $18,000.  

Good question mate.Been in the game long enough that I can sell till the "cow's come home" lolOr find a way to convert, monetize, optimize, etc...It's against my ethics so I choose not to.And I've done my fair share of charity and still do to this day.Feeding the poor per seBut I refuse to "Feed" the lazy and ignorant (And wealthy) with free information that took blood, sweat and tears and years to get.I'll let the guru's monetize on such folks with their books, guides and masterminds lol

Focus on the blocking and tackling of getting really good at a particular skill, monetizing that skill, living off of next to nothing, piling up money, getting reps.

It's the argument that it's "over-priced" vs finding a property on one's own, doing a reno on one's own, getting it monetized, on one's own.....

Single story of 40k sq ft Is tough as slab tends to be most expensive part besides the land so most build a second story to monetize more cash flow. 

Jim,   It seems to me since this site is really working on monetizing itself as it should, as it relates to self promotion seems to me they could have a different level of membership that would allow for more freedom on advertisement on the open forum .. then just putting your name and such on your sig line.

This makes it easier for people to find you and connect with you.While you prepare to potentially househack/invest in Austin or San Antonio, I'd advise looking into ways to monetize your license & local area knowledge. 

Otherwise you have no way of monetizing the "paper profits" the promoter claims are there.
