The government of Puerto Rico is bankrupt and has no money to invest in any of that.Finally, as one famous successful investor (I forgot the name) once said, tax incentives are great but you don't invest in anything just because of tax incentives; the investment has to be worth it without the tax incentive.

Perhaps you misunderstood my second part.

I would venture to guess that this strategy does not work in all markets.Also for those who think just tie it up and flip to DR is something easy this is not the case.. they are famous for changing their mind and walking from EM leaving the lot developer holding the bag..

When you mention virtual wholesalers, that term might be misunderstood by some people, but I think virtual essentially means that you don't have to go to the property itself, at least from my perspective, to run the business.

Or creating the most unique Fix and Flip ever seen to become tiktoc famous?
