some were included with the purchase of the townhouse (dishwasher and stove)  but i added a microwave, washer, dryer, and 2 refrigerators.  

I own my own washer/dryer & can get a microwave if I need to.Things I've had issues with:Tiny bedrooms, terrible lighting, and terrible leasing offices (apartment specific).Things to know:This is for my family.  

We are opting to go with just a sink, refrigerator and microwave, not a full kitchen.

Also if they can setup new microwave and washer/dryer, that would be awesome. 

Not seen, above the stove is a microwave that covered the outlet the microwave needed to work.

Many houses now have "snack kitchens" in their family rooms -- a small kitchen with a smaller refrigerator, a bar sink and a microwave.  

I provide a microwave, dishwasher, and range/oven, but no refrigerator/freezer or washer/dryer.

I put in granite tops, pullout faucets, porcelain backsplashes, and microwave hoods, plus dishwashers in the 2BRs.  

They are over doing it with extra appliances, the building is wired terribly, and the circuit breaks each time they put the microwave on the wrong circuit.

You can not put a standard over the stove microwave in with the existing cabinet.
