I use to have a different account for each, but then banks started charging fees for accounts that basically weren't being used so I lost half my account (The other half I have free for life no matter what because of the promo when I opened them).

My credit union also offers this and has a promo where if I take $20,000 as a disbursement immediately, they cover closing costs.My question is this - I don’t have a property yet to purchase and it could be a few weeks or months to find the right one.

Unless they change their business model, they are targeting non-wealthy average person investor so their equity shares are priced at $15/share (or less during special promos).
