The other factor to consider is less tangible, but comes with mental security.  

Yes, I have supported her emotionally, financially, and mentally, but that’s doesn’t entitle me to 50% of what she’s built.

What about keeping it way it is and hiring a PM.I would either option A or option C and lean toward option C, while take tax hit etc. and others its done and do not need the mental strain

I am getting close to a mental breakdown, just kidding, but I mean dang these tenants are annoying. 

U get a few of these folks that are influencers and then you get the herd mentality..
