Demo is generally done with a machine ( Backhoe Loader ) that sort of thing..

On one hand it is scaling fast, raising less capital, feeding the machine, and placing more cards on the table hoping their aren't more busts than winners.I am talking about in generalities and not Ashcroft.

I love the concept especially given the need in your market for storing things like snow machines, boats, rvs etc, but also for repair or general "fab shops".As long as you are seeing the demand in your specific market for these spaces, and perhaps its worth getting some leases signed up prior to breaking ground but thats a personal preference thing, I think the numbers look promising if the use case is there.

If the complainer can't smell it in their apartment, but, are uptight enough to be bothered by the passing smell in the hallway...it may not be the smoker that has the problem.I have found that complainers/boat rockers are often wound a bit to tight, and that when you are a highly responsive empathetic landlord, they turn you in to their own personal karma delivery machine, to right all the wrongs that previously fallen on deaf ears.Good luck.

They haven't emailed or called me back yet.I just also called Doug Michie in Ventura but got an answering machine so I left voice mail asking him about this as well.Hopefully, they will contact me next week.

He has built an incredible section 8 wealth machine that several attempt to emulate.  

My thinking is this:1) Spend your money making the unit nicer, not investing in machines that will need service calls.

So if the customer needs financing we can provide that , but rates are as high as hard money .Money is the fuel that keeps the machine moving , just like gas keeps my truck rolling . 

See, it's a snazzy start-up where everything is remote (besides their main office in SF) and they got da fancy "algorithms" & da nifty "machine learning" with a coefficient quadratic equation here and a pythagorean theorem there that tells them what rent should be and tenant profiles you should look for.
