We sold a wonderful two unit STR in Depoe Bay in 2024, which generally is a no-go zone but has neighborhoods with specific commercial zoning that allows for vacation rental usages as well as a brand new development of luxury homes that allows STR usages similar to Olivia Beach in nearby Lincoln City. 

I am starting the legal process as we speak and depending how many more we can make this a class action law suit. 

@Angel Perez  You should also check out smaller local banks and ask to speak to the commercial lending department. 

After speaking with several commercial realtors, I realized my frustration is shared by many.

Now I need to find a real estate agent(I am "interviewing" a couple now), an accountant to speak to and of Course a lender.

These are the high-end, luxury properties in upscale communities.

I recommend you speak with him. 

You're looking for hesitation on how they speak of them as a person they did work/business with depending on a job or rental reference.3.)
