@David Krulac  what I like about us lifelong real estate junkies is the interesting way we all started.not many with silverspoons.. pretty much we all boot strapped it.. did some apprenticing and then worked smart and diligently and somehow the harder we worked the luckier we got.

The saying goes the harder you work the luckier you get.

I got luckier than I should have. 

While nothing is impossible, I believe the more persistent and consistent you are, the "luckier" you get.

And maybe, if you are luckier than me, you will run into someone, who takes a liking on you and has walked the path you want to go and is happy to give you a few pointers here and there.

Well they also say the harder you work the luckier you get.. now moving forward were we might see appreciation calm down a lot it creates different metrics and opportunities. 

Timing and location are key here, but you can get a lot of advice here.I'll paraphrase an old saying - "Real Estate is all luck.....and the more you do it the luckier you get"
