I'm part of group real-estate  investors from Israel, looking to purchase our first investment property in Dallas for buy and hold.We would love to connect with local real estate agents, investors, and property managers who can provide recommendations for good Dallas neighbourhoods and suburbs to look in our price range of $200K - $250K.As first-time buyers in the area, we would really appreciate any advice on great areas to buy rental properties and also any tips on evaluating properties and neighbourhood in the city.Does anyone have suggestions on specific suburbs or zip codes we should focus our search on?

The trades didn't pay as well back then so after high school I got an associate of liberal arts ( auto repair ase certification) then continued learn in ng took hydraulic system repair and building pumps included and until an injury in2003 was a journey iron working doing structural installing commercial doors where they originally were not designed to be .always running my own side home repair business and taking any chance to learn anything new or a better way to do things because I feel if you aren't moving forward you are  stagnating .I wanted to just say thank you for accepting me and I am grateful for any and all recommendations,tips or critiques as I strive to become the best version of myself I can .

.)✅ Return all keys, garage remotes, and access cards✅ Provide a forwarding address for the security deposit refundLandlord/Property Manager Responsibilities✅ Conduct a pre-move-out inspection (optional)✅ Take photos/videos of the property’s condition✅ Verify all keys, garage remotes, and access cards are returned✅ Check for unpaid rent, utilities, or damages beyond normal wear and tear✅ Hire a cleaning service (if needed)✅ Complete repairs and maintenance (paint, flooring, appliances, HVAC, plumbing)✅ Change locks if required by state law or property policy✅ Test smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms✅ Review lease terms for security deposit deductions✅ Send tenant security deposit refund (minus any deductions) within the legal timeframe
