Intro from Shan, a Biggerpockets fan!

Hi all, I have been following and posting in Biggerpockets for years however never formally introduced myself! 

I'm Shan, live in CA and have invested in a few LTR and STR properties in CA, TX and HI to push me through my goals for Financial Independence. Have experience in buying (of course), and selling, and 1032 exchange. I have helped few friends to get into their real estate investments and felt so happy to watch their progress and see my tips and knowledge in play.

Fun fact: I used to lead data team in realtor.com so many of the data inside the market analytics was my project 😀
