@Sayantan Satpati I am an investor/developer and agent but I loathe the term “investor friendly” as it gives me nightmares of dealing with somebody that is going to kick tires for two years in various different markets and kill twenty hours of my time before buying some **** box 4 plex in Indiana or Missouri because it cash flows an extra $129 a month.

I also loathe government meddling in personal affairs.

I've read into the basics--short sales, preforeclosures, etc, and had a summer job calling into specific areas for a small group of real estate agents in Canada back in my early college days, but that's about it.What does interest me is how many agents seem to acknowledge that cold calling works, but who are loathe to actually make the calls.
