According to the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), average hourly wages for residential construction workers rose 10.8% between August 2023 and August 2024, the largest YoY jump since the BLS started tracking the data.

I realize being the largest house in the neighborhood can be a drawback, but I thought the upgrades and price point would offset that.Does anyone have tips or strategies for marketing a property like this?

My thoughts for RE- leverage amplifies appreciation- largest RE expense (principle & interest) is typically fixed for long duration (often 30 years).  

Trying to have my cake and eat it too by paying off the mortgage and having that comfort or largest expense being gone, and still being able to scale rental properties with the liquidity of the all in one.

You should only have to do this with the largest items- mainly couches/chairs and dining sets.

 $500/unit is negative in any except the largest of volumes as a specialty.
