I really wanted our team to become closer because a closer team is more efficient and working in a tight-knit group is, to be frank, more enjoyable.As part of my resolution, my team has gone to team-building events and out-of-work activities like karaoke and some of us have even played in a couple Ultimate Frisbee games.

If I didn't know Jersey has pockets of very close-knit traditional Orthodox Jewish communities that have very specific cultural practices, it'd be easier to agree with  Lloyd.
