There are already incredible YouTube courses that are more relatable, more advanced and teach me 10x faster than standard instructors.

What is the best online real estate school in Alabama where students can talk with instructors?

Just got my license from there and they have pretty good instructors.

Simons Island and other places nearby to take advantage of the per diem being paid to the detailed academy instructors.

It's just: you passed, or: you failed and here is your score.There is the ability to contact an instructor with questions which are answered rapidly.

Then when you get stationed back in P-Cola as an instructor you will have a place to live for a couple years.

I don't think I would have made it out alive trying to read and regurgitate that thing on my own.The huge benefit of having an instructor is that they will shorten the book immensely by pointing out lines/facts that are likely to be on the state exam.

Hi Lori,I am a few steps behind you - I have taken the courses, but haven't actually taken the RE exam yet.My instructor and others I have spoken to on this subject suggest Keller and Williams is the agency to start with. 

Grueling and well worth the education.The instructor was Edward Smith Jr,  semi retired with 40 years of commercial business.
