Most people understand that not every repair is instantaneous and will give you a day or two leeway as long as they know you are trying to resolve the issue.

Seemed like I was getting too caught up in not getting more instantaneous results.

I’ll be honest, based on all of the talk on here about how prices won’t drop because no supply and sellers won’t sell, I thought it could take a little while longer to have the drop, but like clockwork, once rates ticked higher, it happened almost instantaneous back in July.

Managing manually as @Michael Baum suggested would take longer but certainly be instantaneous (so long as you're staying on top of it).PMS with API is the obvious winner, but early on and for one or two properties it may not be required.

Info galore, the motto of the digital age, is at our literal fingertip, so why not capitalize on the endless and instantaneous exchange of information I want to be educated though before I "invest" in the wrong property given my investment criteria.
