In a market like this where properties are sitting a bit longer, buyer demand is kind of stagnant, many appraisals have been coming in lower than anticipated.

Of course credit card is going to be like 3.5% but it does kind of such because it's already hard to get tenants to pay it lol.

I have spoken with a couple real estate agents and they are scared to let me have the agreement thinking they are breaking some kind of code of ethics letting me have it.
