For me, "deals" died out as immature REI swamped the market, paying premiums for junk and keeping people like me at bay waiting for more profitable ventures.

I have always found Nick Britton to be an egotistical, arrogant individual who is very young and grossly immature and I politely told him plenty of times I had no romantic interest.Again it was my mistake for choosing to work professionally with him after his prior sleaziness. 

Bad:  high turnover rates, young, immature tenants with low or no income, rent caps.I think the good can outweigh the bad ultimately, as long as you buy it right.

I don't have the best credit and have accumulated some debt during these years, so I was wondering with the amount of debt i've accumulated from my young and immature days, does the debt I assume with this deal become a part of the current debt i have now?

I’ve done mortgages since 2000 and I was in my early 20s back then I could care less what products clients were getting, I was too young and immature.

RI laws says: 12 mature plants ("plant which has flowers or buds that are readily observable by an unaided visual examination"), 12 immature plants ("plant with no observable flowers or buds") and 2.5 ounces of useable cannabis.Not sure what yours says and that is per person.
