People want to think that I'm completely partisan and support a political ideology just so that they can feel good about the fact that they're completely partisan and support one specific political ideology.

In layman's terms,  I always practice and make use of an ideology.

If you can make politics profitable for you, I say go for it.Most people however, alienate part of the market share by pushing their personal ideology.

Also, I would suggest you talk to and take advice from people who do invest in these neighborhoods successfully and don’t have the baggage of skewed perspectives via preconceived racial ideology.

I'm not ideological about it, and overall have spent the majority of my years in the mortgage biz as a banker (if you are reading this in 2020 or later, a quick glance at my signature block should indicate what tune I am currently singing to).

That is not to say I mean live like a hedonist in the moment; that's too shortsighted an ideology I believe. 

I'm hoping this ideology reigns true, and I can learn a lot and invest in my future via this vehicle.  

I just finished Scott Trench's book "Set for Life" and I want to start applying some of the ideologies he mentions in his book.I am not 100% locked into an area, I am willing to commute to work from Kenosha or the Chicago area if the return is worth it. 

Especially considering that we have a presidential election coming up and the democratic candidates couldn't be ideologically further from the Republican incumbent.So I guess it really depends on goals, strategy, desired ROI, etc.

I guess some people don’t believe in all his ideologies.
