This is helping to bring down the OER's to something more reasonable.Bottom line, there are plenty of deals to find, and a shortage of quality rentals in the single family market, but while you can get in for a small amount of money, your cash flow is going to be hampered by the absurd real estate taxes.Happy investing,Troy

Otherwise, the seller could potentially be so tripped up with (unjustified) paranoia during the verbal negotiation stage that I somehow am taking advantage of them that it will hamper their decision making ability, and hence, be paralyzed with indecision and most likely hire a Realtor to represent them and then before you know it the property will be on MLS and a bidding war ensues.
