Go go Gadget Copter!

I am not familiar with all the gadgets and I am messing up.

My new little gadget confirmed there was no power going to the hot water heater (Its an electric hot water heater).

Things like,1. management2. building materials to use3. technology gadgets 4. furnishing5. design - extra amenities 

My hobbies are ...keeping up with my kiddos (15,16 and 18), keeping my adorable wife happy, paragliding, downhill/backcountry skiing, surfing and outfitting my sprinter van with gadgets that I may never use because I'm too busy and too broke to go road tripping:-)  I started with a smallish self storage facility in washington state, bought a few local commercial properties, and a handful of houses both local and out of state.  

I saw a gadget that automatically adjusted boiler heat based on the outdoor temperature.

Many having to do with folks being stuck in their cycle of costly upgrades (i.e. memory not expandable) or just an overpriced gadget.

i was the last person i know to get a cell phone, the last to get a smart phone, the last to sign up for facebook, twitter, linkedin...fortunately, i never did set up a myspace page.not that those aren't great inventions, but i don't like to have my life consumed by gadgets, gizmos, and social websites.with that said, i see the value of maximizing social media in the real estate investing business.

You could be sitting there telling yourself, “Heck I'll just install CO detectors” but what happens when the tenant removes the battery and do you really want to trust a cheap gadget with wide operating tolerances that may or may not alert someone in time?
