Hi All,

       Purchasing first Beach vacation rental, new construction.   For those that own one, any advise on what you would do differently if you were to buy one now? Thank you. 

Things like,

1. management

2. building materials to use

3. technology gadgets 

4. furnishing

5. design - extra amenities
