I love the Myrtle Beach area.Condos are a dime a dozen so there is stiff competition which pushes prices down.HOAs have their own problems which I always avoid.I would try and buy a beachfront house or 1st row house

Get a gander at your competition and see what they are offering and take it up a notch.You might check Fiverr or TaskRabbit (not sure for interior designer) and see who is out there.They should be able to help you out remotely and without spending a ton of dough.

Encore, you would need a membership, if you purchase in the new phase (Spectrum ) they automatically come with the amenities (membership) included to your guests, but the HOA and management have other restrictions and all units come furnished with the same packages, so you can't make changes to have it stand out, which is what is really needed hear in Orlando since there is so much competition
