They have made a lot of false advertising claims that their contract you sign with the program specifically negates so you cannot sue for any reason.

THE LIE - this occurs when the wholesaler shows the homeowner false  comps or provides false information which lead the homeowner to believe his property is worth significantly less than it is.  

They make you feel special by creating false hurdles for that next "admissions" call.

Much of this climate paranoia is usally driven by false ...or more accurately -  'incompletely (or incorrectly) analyzed' data.For example, I see that you list Arizona as a State that is 'in danger' because of dwindling water supplies....yet you fail to manetion that they get much less of their % water from the Colorado, instead having rivers and underground sources to rely upon.

Saying there are no customers who have ever had an issue with you is a ridiculously stupid and false thing for any business owner to say.  

I've heard of house hacking cases where the tenants essentially evict an owner with false complaints to the rent board. 

PLEASE stop this.Let's end this false notion right here and now.

Whether or not Norada gets away with this legally,  I am doing my duty to warn people, not what I falsely declare or believe what could happen, but the facts, but what has ACTUALLY already happened.

Got mine all straightened out w/ StateFarm thankfully, and they had admitted it all to be a false alarm.
