Police enforce the law. 

So its like im enforcing it as a practice.The 70% rule, from my understanding, comes from the lenders underwriting requirement.

My local code enforcement officer is happy to take calls. 

STR is another concern, many towns have laws against it but most towns do not enforce these laws, just make sure you are aware of them becuase they can be enforced. 

Managing a rental yourself can be time-consuming, especially if you're handling maintenance, tenant relations, and lease enforcement. 

I charged fees for other violations as well but the fees aren't enforceable here in Wisconsin because the lease did not explicitly state what they would be in advance.

And if so, what's the likelihood of enforcement?

It is sad that no enforcement can even go after their fraudulent business practices.
