Jared, I don't know about structuring the deal as you asked, but I can advise you regarding the deal needing to be legally signed.The ONLY qualified entity that can legally notarize a Real Estate Purchase Agreement is a Consular official at the US Embassy near the location of the aunt.

Typically extra costs you will see would be flights to come to the us to set up banking, trips to a us embassy to have items notarized, and additional tax prep costs.Just some general points to consider.

The power of attorney needs to be notarized at the US embassy in China.In anticipation of purchasing the property we're having the brother wire the funds into his US bank account first way before close of escrow so we don't have to do any last minute fretting about the funds.My title officer was a great resource for answering these questions since she's had to close a number of transactions with foreign nationals.

I'm writing this with tears in my eyes,I came down here to Wales United Kingdom  for a short vacation and i was mugged at gun point last night,at the park of the hotel  where we lodged all cash,credit cards and cell were stolen off me,thank God we have our life and passport. I've been to the embassy and the Police here but they're not helping issues at all,they asked us to wait for 3weeks but we can't wait till then.My flight  leaves in less than 3hrs from now and am having problems settling the hotel bills. The hotel manager won't let us leave until we settle the hotel bills.You can speak with him through this number +447024078842 his name is Larry.am so  freaked out at the momentYou can wire the money to me through western-union all you need is name on my passport and location below.
