A big HELLO to all.  I am a former firefighter of 25 years with a construction background as well.  I bought my first flip in 2017, and spent almost 1 year getting it ready for market, sold in 7 days in October 2018.  Bought my second flip in February 2019, sold in June 2019, sold off market, never listed.  Just purchased my third property with a buy and hold plan.  Would like to get more into rentals and foreclosure sales.  Would love to connect with others in the Greenville/Upstate area.
