Run into some very wealthy folks at the dog park, which is always interesting.

We moved down to Jacksonville last year with our dog and cat from Minneapolis.

On most any day you could find people walking dogs, or children playing in the area.

In 2022, we had guests with dogs that scratched the floors (repeated scratching of the floor that they do, when they want to go outside) in front of the patio doors. 

Should you add a playground or dog park, or would your money be better spent on putting in gated access?

Alternatively if they all love the deal, that's also likely a good sign.You can get a dog of a property in a crap neighborhood that will yield a 13.6% gross cap (not saying yours is), but that certainly doesn't tell the whole financial picture of how the asset will perform.

There are 2 types of people who dog on Detroit.. 1.

Install cameras and exterior lighting on timers, place no trespassing signs, and place items that indicate occupancy - like a BIG dog bowl near the front door, shoes, etc.
