I'd stay clear of boderline personality disorder patients and I somehow managed to not interact with any schizophrenics.

Be extremely careful when dealing with individuals under a disability, such a mental disorder.

They usually don't mind a day of disorder (after all they are moving), especially when I tell them that they are getting NEW carpet. 

Also, since their services can be very time limited, there is always the issue of the tenant finding suitable employment, keeping said employment, the employer not jerking the tenant around (especially with low income workers, it goes both ways), etc. not to mention whatever other issues, be they family, substance use disorders, disabilities, etc. that could have contributed to them being in need of a high level of services.

Those who actually need these accommodations tend to have severe anxiety / panic disorders.

Some personality disordered people truly enjoy trying to aggravate and get under you skin when they get mad about something which may be completely unrelated to the stated problem.
