My thoughts, just like any area in Memphis, you can either be a "me too" like a lot of the dinosaurs in the business and sit on vacancies for a long time, or you can make it an great looking house and reduce your vacancy and maintenance by making your home the most desriable place in the area to live.

Purchased over a dozen this way and counting....Sorry, but agents are dinosaurs in my opinion.

Echoing someone else’s comment, free Airbnb photos have gone the way of the dinosaur, at least in Kansas City.

My carbon offset currently sits at 70 million pounds of CO2 from our solar installs though so I sleep soundly even though burning a few dead dinosaurs! 

Not sure on the accuracy though, since land lines are going the way of the dinosaur...

Since I started investing back in the age of the dinosaur I have always found finding the deal first is my best shot because without a deal what good would having a 100 buyers be.

I guess I am a dinosaur.
