Definitely much to digest and learn.

It sounds like you have all the info you need to make a decision, digest and interpret your agents advice and move forward or back out.I will say that 12-24 months sounds like a long time to release space regardless of market.

I probably digested every book from BP and other great book recommendations mentioned on the podcast.

The book is basically what every MBA spends 2 years or so studying about cash flow, condensed into 200 or so easily-digested pages.

Thanks... yea I still have a lot of information to digest before I make my first move I thought house hacking was more than 2 units.

@James Masotti that gave me plenty to digest, appreciate that mentality shift and giving concepts rather than a cliche one-liner.

Instead of using a mobile home park as your example it gets a little easier to digest if you think of doing this to a single family rental or half of a duplex.  

Since then I've been reading and digesting as many podcasts, posts, webinars etc from BiggerPockets that I can get a hold of.

This all happened today so I'm still digesting it.
