As Russell and a couple of others have said, it is more a symptom of the market than of the platform.

The destination is only a few hours drive away, and we are not sick so we may still go even though the news media and public officials are saying that would be the irresponsible decision because even those of us not showing symptoms can still spread the virus.

My concern is these muppets that decide they are perfectly okay to fly with symptoms, or leave voluntary isolation to go to their kid's school dance. 

Coronavirus has symptoms closer to the flu, not dysentery.

Besides, over 80% of those affected by the virus get only minor symptoms... 

@Chris Mason and any others, would you characterize higher interest rates as a symptom of the credit market freezing (or hiccuping), and higher fees as lack of staffing?  

I am asking those viewing the units whether they have symptoms or possibly been exposed to COVID-19 prior to showing them the apartment. 

The problem is that we are only testing a small fraction of people who have symptoms of the disease.

Proactively following the simple guidelines of washing hands, coughing into the elbow, not touching the face, avoiding close contact with others, and staying home when exhibiting the symptoms associated with the coronavirus can have a significant impact on what the future holds for all of us.

My family who live near Rome has not experienced any symptoms and all of them are calm.
