We made light investments in guest room makeovers, outfitting each room with a Queen + Twin XL bunks. 

All for a sign as long as the property looks occupied...leave shoes near the front door, have exterior lighting, and at least a RING camera. 

So I wouldn't make a selling decision lightly (or a rental decision) and I am really loathe to give up a good property with a rate that may never be had again.

What type of lights do you have that are $250 more than usual (was this over the course of a month)...

Sometimes you can bring to life an old cabinet simply by painting it, putting new hardware on, and maybe updating a light fixture in the room that shines brighter, and not yellow. 

Wholesalers - I haven't seen many good wholesale deals come across my desk..
