Biggest part of the project would be adding a contemporary fence and drought resistant landscape (with a sitting area) to the front yard.

They have all stated that there criteria for membership are strict having to live, work or worship in the local or surrounding areas.

One small bit of advice I would like to add for anyone that finds it useful is this: don't take what you have for granted, and don't worship the money... it can go away in an instant.
