Otherwise, the owner has to own the listing for the rents to be deposited into their account, and then you can't connect the listing to the software which just tied your hands.

I was recently corrected as I thought 12 states required license but its up to 18 states now from what one of the BP experts let me know.

Hi @Shane Gorski,You're absolutely correct regarding the difficulties of STR's in Naples, there certainly are a few other local cities that are much more conducive to that strategy, Bonita Springs, Cape Coral, and Fort Myers Beach being a few of the major ones.

I am having the same connection issues with Stessa and they haven't been able to get it fixed.

I don't think you are going to be able to get insurance for two separate living units in a single-family when they are both illegal and likely do not have the correct egress windows (basement) for fire safety which could subject you to huge liability if something happens to either party.

There are some great tools out there always, but get connected and network as much as possible.
