Some landlords complained about having no bookings for months.

They will complain about the work and the stress or their boss but are willing to do nothing to change their situation.

It is interesting how a lot of hosts here are continuously complaining about saturation and lower occupancy while refusing to adopt the new system.

If she complains, tell her she's clearly not happy there and needs to find another place to live.

I have a few for cash flow but I prefer equity - which I live in the Washington DC area so you are not going to be getting cash flowing rentals off the bat but if you hold them for 20 years you will not be complaining. 

It will be better than nothing and complaining about how this or that program let you down.
