@Char SilkTaking a look I’ve noticed a few things that raised some yellow flags no red flags.

@Char Silk I would think as long as the additional expense for the insurance was factored in and you're still able to cash flow decently then why not?

Inspector noted charring on wood in the basement wood ceiling/joists.

A lot of times they can soda blast it, that will remove all the char and black soot and it will be like new with no sign of damage.
