I've seen things like this brought right to the district attys office with the same result.

Seems like the higher interest rates haven't brought down prices enough to make the numbers work.

But one of the biggest things about being a good investor whether real estate or stocks is to let what you want to happen, effect your predictions of what will happen I think a lot of people especially not from the area genuinely are upset about how wealthy the dc area and hope it’s get brought to its knees but that doesn’t necessarily mean it will happen just because people want it to.  

In driving past our property, we saw that a bunch of fill dirt was brought in for elevation/grading.We also did a visit to Pine Island which has a lot of areas of worse damage. 

All clients have been in constant communication with me and my team and we have brought  the most  current and up to date information provided by the builders.
