I do like Cardone but I also can take some issues with him... as much as I respect brash and bravado and a very no nonsense style, he sometimes creeps over into being an *** and I'm just not down with that.

LOL.as an agent i have done what you described.. a few times and we just left the listing agents commish in escrow for them. but i went direct to seller and closed the deal.. i remember one were my seller was in Los Altos Hills very type A software company owner.. and his agent was on a month long trip LOL.. me being the brash young agent i just went direct.. but like i said we left the listing commish. in escrow.that broker was not happy but i did not care.

It details the life of Ben Mallah a very successful Real Estate Investor who has a portfolio worth roughly $200M however due to his unhealthy habits, his doctor predicts he'll drop dead in 5 years and that's why he wants to sell his all of his assets such as cars, yacht, RE portfolio and more (I'm not sure if he still wants to sell these things).Not only is it educating but it's extremely funny, Ben comes across as brash and seems to get on with everyone (even though it doesn't come across like that)Here's the link to Season 1
