It sounds like there is a blossoming expat community in Lisbon, some of whom also have real estate investments in the USA. 

Get a cheap truck on a lease or own and post an add on Craigslist for junk removal....if your a hard worker then your business should blossom from there

This is considering new tech startups blossoming in that area.

Most of them have a similar look and footprint with a few different designs for the builders to choose from originally, so there is not a ton of variation.Long story short, these homes are smaller and older then others in the area which makes them affordable, and would be a good place for lower income or first time home buyers to invest in the next few years since the area is really blossoming, but I do want to get them at a discount and likely rehab or upgrade them once purchased to build equity.When I do a direct mail campaign to these houses would it behoove me to include a suggested price I'd buy the houses at with tier levels for how many beds and baths there are?

I would say my passion for real estate blossomed while my husband and I sold our first condo.

My relationships in south Texas all started with a small meet up and with that, blossomed.  

Id love to see this house blossom into its full potential. 

Even if damage isn't on purpose, renters tend not to report pesky little leaks and stuff that can blossom into real problems.

Soon to blossom into a business partnership where we can both benefit.
