They think any deal will be that "easy" and then go broke on the 2nd one.Kind of like winning your first few hands at Blackjack and then doubling your bets and losing it all on the next few.Keep up the good work but be careful.

Depending on what kind of sealant you already have in place makes a difference, but last time I looked Walmart ( or any big box store) had  both black jack ( I LOVE THAT STUFF EVEN IF IT IS A COMPLETE MESS) or the white elastic stuff in 5 gallon buckets for like 75.00 to 100.00.

I get it that everyone wants to come to the party, especially now with prices having risen fairly dramatically, but sometimes I wonder if the Bigger Pockets room is akin to standing on the floor of a casino where a few people have won dramatic sums in some of the "skills" games (poker, blackjack, etc), and everyone else starts running out into the hallways begging for money to drop in the slot machine so they can get theirs too.Anyway, it seems an interesting philosophical question to ponder, and I'm curious what others may think!

I compare it to playing blackjack.

I took a realtor course through Century 21 a few years ago for fun (i was making good money as a blackjack dealer) So I am starting at a point where I know the basics.

It can happen, but it is, literally, equivalent to sitting down at a blackjack table and winning hand after hand.

You can also win five hands in a row at the blackjack table.You can also lose five in a row.

Seminars on how to win at Blackjack, how to invest in stocks, how to be a better husband/father, religious teachings, shoot, I even went to a seminar on how to be a better waterfowl hunter. 

Such as blackjack if you're counting cards.
