Having a disclosure such as Ned's will show the intent, but a judge may not give much weight to it if it violates the intent or the spirit of the law. :)

You send the letter at the right time, or maybe you are the only one they get, or as Ned said you are the only one that picks up the phone or at least called back quickly, maybe they got a bunch early on and you are the only one that stuck with it to send that 7th letter when they finally were ready to make a move.But again as Ned said who cares?
