Smoking, alcohol or social media (twitter and facebook)?

I am a certified alcohol & drug counselr for 2 years now.

I always advise owners and managers to consult with an attorney who specializes in premises liability and landlord-tenant law.If you keep the tub, you should have specific clauses written into the rental agreement as an addendum.You absolutely must provide the tenant an owner's manual because the first five or six pages are full of all the legal warnings that keep the tub manufacturer out of lawsuits (Consult a physician before use, Don't consume alcohol, Don't use alone, No unsupervised children, etc.)Bottom line: If it needs work, have it done by a licensed, bonded and insured electrician and/or spa technician.

Alcohol based and surprisingly easy to work with.

Can I tell them a) I want to buy the house, b) my financial situation is excellent, c) the home owner is a derelict alcoholic who is trashing the house, d) she's asking me for 30k on the side....etc..???

Drug users and alcoholics are not a protected class so discriminate all you want-they may however belong to a real protected class-veteran, gay, lesbian etc- don’t overlook that! 

Domestic Violence, drugs, alcohol abuse, etc.

Well a partner and I are looking to turn one of his properties into a transitional home to help the alcohol and drug abuse its a 4 bedroom and 1 1/2 bath I have no idea!

(We can debate alcohol as a social lubricant another time and whether or not it really makes me more charming).After a while, I would talk to the same 3-4 people each time and eventually friendships - and later, business partnerships - blossomed.  

If I only had the money back that I spent on alcohol when I was enlIsted and a junIor offIcer!
