Not all management companies offer lease only services and most agents are not good or motivated to do this as the pay is little for how much work it is, so it may take some time to find the right person.

I know about hard money lenders and a little on DSCR loans but how would I make these loans work to start my real estate business.In addition wondering if you all have any ideas on using a LLC to leverage OPM? 

We plan on returning 2 STR permits because the STR revenue has not exceeded LTR revenue by enough to justify either the additional costs or if self managing the additional effort. 

Youre right the HELOC payment can be seen as an additional $961 loan repayment.
