Otherwise, someone who just abandons a rental would be liable for rent FOREVER!!!

Then, usually the mobile home parks have to do something to get rid of the home or they can file for abandonment and take back the home. 

I get it if the companies kind of abandon you and move on to other deals like we are seeing with some of the other Gps on this site..

Also, if a tenant moves out without turning over keys etc, there is a court action similar to eviction in my state where the judge can award possession by declaring the place abandoned by the tenant.

You have some options like driving for $'s to look for distressed & abandoned properties. 

It could be he is lodged and charged after which you can take possession based on abandonment/non-payment.It's always a good idea to use an attorney but if you spend the time, read the laws it's a pretty straight forward process to evict on the grounds you stated.  

It would be interesting to find out what percentage of people purchasing this “training” completely abandon it after say 6 months.  

Class D   Bars on every corner  , houses with bars on windows  , cars on blocks and stripped ,  drug dealers on the corner , drug addicts  sleeping on the sidewalk , tents on the sidewalk , gunshots , ladies of the evening ( and day ) , abandoned  houses  , graphity on buildings .

Unfortunately, you do not have the right to dispose of someone's items without court intervention or if it was abandoned.
